Just for kicks I called my local Guitar Center to see if they had any info on when this would be available. They weren’t sure. Their website shows a 12/26 release date.
They did mention a promotion that if you buy any Digidesign hardware, you will receive a free LE 8 uprgrade when it becomes available. Not sure if this is available elsewhere but it may be worth a look for anyone in the market for hardware too.

Heya Connor… musiciansfriend.com had a DEC 19th release date and that now says DEC 26th. So, looks like it is getting pushed back. A friend of mine is a BETA tester and apparently he received the last copy before it is being pressed up, so he reckons it has gone into production. -J
