I am using a Boss Br-1180CD. Everything is working fine until I try and send a recorded song to the CD. I am getting back ‘CD write error’! I tried initializing the HDD then turning the machine off then back on. I still get the same message. Is there anything that I can do?

Im having trouble! Ive been tryin to Install digi design pro tools le 8 on my gayeway all in one zxseries, intel celeron 1017u dual coar processor, 4gb memory, 500 gb hd, windows 8.1 with internet explorer 11 for 2 weeks. Im now stuck on DAE error -115 was encountered. Please help!

keep getting the unable to locate hardware message. everything is plugged in to firewire and worked perfectly before

I just make a new pc core i7 2600 +16 g.b ddr3 kingston ram +asus z68a-d3h-d3 +500 g.d hard disk … windows 7 ultimate 64 bit . I have mbox 2 . After installed pro tools 8 le i got i message to restart computer and i did . now when im opening pro tools software its give me blue screen error and restarting my pc and change my rams but same problem plz i need ur help..

I, I am tryin to install protools 8 on my mac g5… after installation it says unable to read avid hardware i looked on this site here and it says to install the update for protools 8.. well i did that and it finishes and says restart my computer i click ok and it starts to shut down but it freezes i let it sit there over night an still nothing… PLEASE HELP

My Boss BR-1600 recording unit has frozen. It reads an error message that says it’s stuck in recording mode. When I try to boot down it tells me to stop recording first.

Hi, I’ve been using the follow recording system: M-box 2 pro running Pro tools 8.0 on a iMac 2,66Hz – 2GB ram ddr2 – 320Gb SD and everything was running well (this model:A1224, discontinued, bought in 2009, has to firewire ports, one 400, other 800) I used the 400 with the original M-box.
Unfortunately my computer was stolen from my small studio and my problem is: since I have the m-box 2 pro and the pro tools 8.0 dvds and documentation, can I use this system on the recent iMacs that only have firewire ports 800? Does the system works with the new OS Lion? Does the firewire adaptators realy work? I’ve been searching on forums and the AVID compatability informations but no evident solution was found and a new imac is some investment to me. Please give some help.

Dear all, I have the latest Mac book pro (OS 10.7). The problem that I have an old version of Pro Tools LE 7. I am not planing to install it on this computer but I want to use the hardware au an external sound card for my logic 9, but the OSX does not recognize the hardware neither Logic 9. any one can help me on that?

I have a Mac Mini G4 I think it’s made in 2005′/06. Version 10.5.8 Leopard, processor 1.42 GHz PowerPC. Using M Box2 interface with Pro Tools 7.0 version. I was able to install Pro Tools but every time I try to boot it up it goes into a “freeze mode” and I end up having to re-start or even shut my Mac down to start again. I up graded to Pro Tools 8.0 but it said that my Mac wasn’t compatible……help???

EXTREMELY IRRITATED!! I had to uninstall Pro Tools 8.0.3 after using it for close to 2 years now, Never had any troubles with Pro Tools at all in the past. But NOW when I put my INSTALLER DVD into the drive and click “INSTALL PRO TOOLS LE” It just freezes! When I bring up Task Manager it says its “Not Responding” I am on a deadline to finish up some recording and this is driving me crazy! Any help at all would be very very much appreciated! I am using a Dell Inspiron 1545 With 3 GB Ram. Thank You!

Hi, my name is Domenique…i run Pro Tools LE 8.0.4 off of my Windows Vista and i have a strange problem….i can play audio through my Mbox 3 mini though itunes or any other music but when i open Pro Tools it says its unable to find my hardware and it wont open…any suggestions or solutions???

I’m trying to install my Mbox driver version 1.0.6 and everytime it gets started I get this errot—->Microsoft Visual C 2005 Redistributable X 64 Out of disk space Volume “L” required space 883KB Available space 0 KB free some space and retry. I don’t have a hardrive that says that and I have 1TB for my CPU and everything else is at least 50GB FREE or more! Any way you can help me?!!
